Kukljica

Kukljica is a small picturesque and tourist resort located on the south-eastern side of the island of Ugljan. It is also a fishing place. It has beautiful beautiful beaches,  pine forests and crystal clear sea. It offers many possibilities for a lovely vacation. It has long tradition in navigation and fishing. A small marina is situated in the bay of Kukljica.

• Old part of Kukljica is divided from tourist peninsula “Green Punta” with a beautiful bay. Green Punta is a tourist resort with villas and apartments in pine wood next to the sea.

The main attraction of Kukljica is the traditional procession by boat on the Feast of Our Lady of the Snow (5th of August).  The statue of Our Lady of the Snow is taken from the church of Our Lady of the Snow in the Zdrelascica bay to the parish church of St. Paul.

You can visit Dugi Otok. The pride of the island is the lighthouse as well as the nature park Telaščica.

Kukljica offers excellent accommodation in rooms, apartments, private houses and villas which are located by the sea.

It  has beautiful sandy beaches Sabusa, Kostanj and Jelenica.
