Villa Vedrana
Villa Vedrana is located in Pirovac, in the quiet street. The house is divided in several parts.
The ground floor has a big lobby area with a TV room and a fireplace. There is also an equipped kitchen / dining room area. The ground floor comprises also the staff area (for maids, a cook, a caretaker etc.) of approximately 150 m2 with two duble and two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, storage area and basement entry stairs.
Villa Vedrana consists of two two-level apartments, each of approximately 150 m2 with it’s own outside staircase entrance. On the first level of each apartment there is a master bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with two beds, a master bathroom with shower and toilet and another seperate toilet. In one apartment the second bedroom has fenced bank beds ( each of 90 x 200 cm) and in the other there are 2 single beds (one of 90 x 200 cm and the other of 90 x 140 cm with a fence )).
There is also a large kitchen / dining room / living room area with a large furnished balcony with a stunning sea view. A spiral staircase brings you to to the upper level of each apartment with two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Each apartment is equipped with TV, DVD and AC.
There is a large stone BBQ in the garden and a 5 meter boat to be rented.

Nature park Vransko lake (distance: 1km) is ideal for sightseeing, fishing, bird watching, bike riding, canoeing; National park Kornati islands (12 km) for cruising, diving, swimming, National park Krka with rivers, waterfalls and lakes (24 km) for boat excursions and hiking; the historic town of Šibenik (27 km) for sightseeing (cathedral, fortresses, museums).

Pirovac
Pirovac is a village and harbour, 26 km northwest of Sibenik. It was first mentioned in the 13th century.
In the Middle Ages Pirovac had a possession of the Bribir counts. The fortifications built in the 16th century have survived like the country-house complex . There is the parish church of St. George from 1506 and it was restored in Baroque style in the 18th century.
Pirovac attracts many tourists due to beautiful beaches in the bays of Vrulje, Sitnica, Vrilo and Makirina , as well as the islet of Sustipanac, placed directly opposite of Pirovac. Many tourists go swimming on the islet and it is also interesting because of the ruins Franciscan`s monastery from 16th century. Medicinal mud found in the area is used for thalassotherapy.
Pirovac is covered with forests. Chief occupations are fishing, farming, viticulture, shipping, producing olive oil and tourism.
Its gastronomic offer is based on the traditional offer of domestic specialities.
