Villa is located in peaceful Mirca, close to Supetar, central town of Brac island, Croatia. Villa is situated just few meters from the beach and with spacious outdoor areas offers fabulous views of the sea and the mainland. 320 m² of interior are decorated with design furniture. The villa can accommodate up to 13 guests and consists of a 4 bedroom main house and 2 bedroom annex.

On the ground floor of the main house are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each with its own small terrace, extra toilet with a laundry, spacious living room with TV set and fireplace, dinning area and centrally positioned main kitchen with long bar. Master bedroom on the first floor of the main house is the biggest bedroom in the villa. Next to the room is a big bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. Master bedroom has direct exit to a huge first floor terrace with fantastic views of the sea and sunsets. The guest annex and the main house are just next to each other and are connected with porches and terraces. The annex consists of 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and additional gourmet kitchen.

Sea side outdoor area features a large veranda on stone pillars, bringing shade over a dining table for 14, a wooden pool deck area with a number of sun-beds and 24m² heated infinity swimming pool. Villa is surrounded with gardens and lawns and has direct access to a petty pebble beach. The path leading to the beach passes between a small vineyard and a garden featuring organic fruits, vegetables and a variety of Mediterranean herbs.

We respect green living, ecology, nature, water is heated using solar power. In the garden you can pick health and delicious seasonal vegetables, fruits and herbs and we can tell it is like your own green market.

We provide also baby cots, high chairs and changing pad.

Solar swimming pool heating included in the price of Villa Anabel!
When the weather is nice, it is usually possible to swim in the pool from end of April until beginning of October. Temperature is affected by the weather conditions.

Jacuzzi in Villa Anabel is heated from 1 st of April to 31 st of October.

SPECIAL OFFERS:

Christmas and New Year in Villa – free wood for fireplace and local products basket. Heating is included in the price. Villa has floor heating in living rooms and bathrooms.

Easter in Villa Anabel – complimentary Easter brunch served in the villa with traditional
Croatian Easter specialties – special cakes and pastry, ham baked in dough, eggs colored with natural colors and other seasonal delights!

Olive picking season in November – complementary visit to local olive mill and short hike to an olive grove with small picnic and olive oil tasting.

Tourist tax is not included in the price and is charged separately according to local regulations.

( 7- 10 kn depends of season). Children 12-18 pay 50 %, children under 12 do not pay tourist tax)

Arrival/departure other days in season are possible on request.

Also, we organize panorama flight around islands, cruising, wine tasting, storytelling, exclusive shopping, if you are interested, private chef can be booked with the villa in advance subject to availability.
