Villa Leonarda is located in a small Mediterranean village called Seget Vranjica. It is about 10-minutes on foot to the beach, while the cities of Trogir and Split, both UNESCO Heritage sites, are only 5 kilometers and 30 kilometers south.
Villa Leonarda is built and equipped in “American style”. It is situated at the top of a hillside along the central Adriatic Coast with views that stretch for miles.
It extends over 3 levels and each level has its large terrace. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, gym area, kitchen / living room area, 1 suite with bathroom, WC, laundry room, store and elevator.
The first floor has a formal dining room, a large living room, a study and 2 WCs.
The second floor comprises 4 suites with en suite bathrooms. All suites have access to the terrace.
Outdoor, there are landscaped gardens with garden terrace, a private pool, a summer kitchen including BBQ, a bathroom near the pool and an outdoor shower.

- Seget Vranjica is a tourist resort which is situated just 5km from the historic town of Trogir. It has everything which is necessary for a pleasant and peaceful stay in a beautiful Mediterranean environment and Croatia.
Small peninsula has many beautiful sandy and rocky beaches, offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic islands of Solta and Drvenik. From Seget Vranjica you can see the bay from Trogir and Island Ciovo and many beautiful little islands.
You can take a boat and enjoy.
Along with wine cellars and restaurants in the town , you can visit and discover restaurants in city Trogir, Donji and Gornji Seget, taste local gastro offer.
Seget Vranjica has around 5000 inhabitants.
- Municipality Seget was founded in 1564. when fort was built for protection of Trogir. Most of the inhabitants were directed to livestock farming.
