Villa Aria
Villa Aria is situated in Brodarica next to the city of Šibenik. Šibenik is a historic town located in Central Dalmatia where the river Krka flows into the Adriatic Sea. Brodarica is located on the south part of Šibenik, on the Adriatic Sea coast across the island of Krapanj. It is a peaceful, pleasant suburb with villas and family houses near picturesque beaches.
Villa Aria bears characteristics of traditional Dalmatian stone house. It was completely renovated in 2013. This charming villa can accommodate 8 to 11 people comfortably. On the ground floor there is a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area, 1 bedroom and 1 en suite bathroom. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. To make your stay in Brodarica as pleasant as possible, the villa has been equipped with all the equipment you might need and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed.

Šibenik
- Šibenik ist die älteste kroatische Stadt an der Adriaküste. Sie wird auch die Stadt des Kresimir genannt, weil der wichtigste Herrscher des alten kroatischen Staates, König Petar Kresimir IV, hier seinen Wohnsitz hatte, und in seinen Akten aus 1066 wird Sibenik zum ersten Mal als eine Stadt erwähnt.
Für die Liebhaber der Geschichte und der Kunst schlagen wir einen Ausflug und die Besichtigung der typisch dalmatinischen Stadt Sibenik vor.
Die hohen Steinhäuser, enge kurvige Straßen, viele Treppen, gewölbte Durchgänge und Überreste der Festungsmauern tragen zur archaischen und romantischen mediterranen Stimmung bei.
Sie liegt in einer großen malerischen Bucht des Flusses Krka. Sie ist als eine altkroatische Festung entstanden, unter der Festung des hl. Michaels, die auch heute über der Stadt dominiert. Neben der Festung des hl. Michaels gibt es hier noch drei Festungen: die Festung des hl. Nikolaus, die Festung des hl. Ivan und die Festung Subicevac.
- Die Kathedrale des hl. Jakobs ist das bekannteste Bauwerk in Sibenik. Sie wurde über hundert Jahren nach Skizzen des bedeutenden Baumeisters aus Zadar Juraj Dalmatinac gebaut. Sie wurde aus Stein und keinem anderen Material errichtet; die Konstruktion ist einzigartig für diese Zeit ungewöhnlich.
Das besondere an der Kathedrale ist die Verbindung der Architektur mit einer Reihe von 71 realistischen Portraits auf den Apsiden.
Die Kathedrale, das Stadtrathaus, die kleineren Kirchen in der Nähe und der Fürstenhof bilden eine eindrucksvolle Einheit, die (nach Meinung vieler Einwohner und Besucher) den schönsten Platz in der kroatischen urbanistischen Erbschaft darstellt.
