Alicia

Villa Alicia is a beautiful family house with a private pool  in a small village Vabriga, near Poreč and Novigrad in Istria. It is decorated in typical Istrian style. The villa, given its 300 years old history. The exterior is in authentic Istrian stone, while the interior offers all the comforts of modern life. ​It is designed as an apartment on the upper floor and a studio apartment on the ground floor. Villa Alicia in Vabriga can accommodate a total of 8 people (6+2) and it’s ideal for families.

Villa has 100 m2.

On the private swimming pool you can enjoy a peace and privacy. The barbecue near the pool is always available for family gatherings and private parties while the inside stone fireplace is ideal for intimate moments. With plasma TV, satellite channels and wireless internet you will always be in touch with the last happenings and news from all over the world. The villa also has its own parking.

The nearest beach “Santa Marina” is only 750 m away, while within 100 m are numerous restaurants and shops. Istrian towns Poreč and Novigrad are only 5 km away. The famous Aqua park Istralandia is just 10 km away!

If you prefer sports activities, cycling routes, go-karts, paintball, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, cafe bars, disco clubs and much more activities are only few km away!

Istria is a nice place for your vacation. During your vacation be sure to visit the Roman Amphitheater in Pula (The Arena) and the beautiful town of Rovinj with the monumental church of St. Euphemia. It is only a 45 minutes drive away. The authentic Istrian cuisine with a variety of dishes with truffles, porcini, homemade pasta (fuži and pljukanci) is one of the best cuisine, and you must taste a fish specialties.

Vabriga

Vabriga

Vabriga is a small town in Istria. Originally two settlements, today Tar-Torre and Vabriga-Abrega are joined into one town separated by the main road connecting Poreč and Novigrad-Cittanova. This is a fertile plateau at a height of 112 meters above sea level, which on one side slopes towards the sea and on the other towards the mouth of the Mirna River. This location offers a spectacular view towards Novigrad-Cittanova in the north and Poreč in the south. Vabriga is so calm, with beautiful nature and a nice view. When is a sunny day you can see the Alps and from the top of Tar-Torre’s bell tower even Venice.

This region is famed for its exceptional olive oil.
