Each bedroom features a sliding door and terrace opening directly into the gardens. In addition, the majority of each villa’s bedrooms also boast sea views. The villas connect to flagstone pathways that meander through the garden down to a secluded lavender field & yoga platform, where you can exercise in nature and savour magnificent views.

Our private kitchen uses only the freshest ingredients of the highest quality. Our menus lean towards lighter, international / Mediterranean cuisine. We make the most of the superb, fresh local seafood and vegetables on our doorstep, using our own homegrown organic vegetables and fruits as much as possible.

With fully equipped kitchens and a chef on call, cooking in your villa or entertaining with friends and family is a joy. Our staff is happy to fill your shopping list on request or prepare everything from casual lunches to poolside barbecues and celebratory meals. Should you choose to prepare your own meals – don’t worry, we’ll clean up!

Villa Johanna and Lucia’s extensive wine list is available upon request and includes a wide selection of Croatian, Slovene, Italian, and French wines, cigars, and selected spirits. We also provide wine tastings for groups, up to six people.

Altogether, the two villas have wine cellars with more than 1500 bottles of various wines, reflecting the passion of the owners for regional wines. We are gradually building excellent cellars, with a broad selection.

Tranquility is an ideal site for a special occasion – wedding, birthday bash or special celebration. Our Yoga Shalah/ Viewing Platform, accessible from both villas and enjoying shade, electricity and a nearby restroom, makes a memorable and beautiful site for a ceremony of taking vows – or for dancing the night away.

For larger weddings (up to 60 people) both villas can be rented. Overflow guests can be housed in nearby hotels. The croquet lawn between the two villas makes an ideal site for a marquee for dancing or a celebratory dinner. Please note that our staff is available only for smaller intimate parties.
