• The house is 80 meters from the sea in the village of Seget Vranjica and has lovely views of the Islands of Drvenik, Solta  and Ciovo. Villa Marussia  is only five minutes drive from the beautiful town of Trogir and 3 kilometres from the airport. Trogir is  the prettiest town on the Dalmatian coast and it is a UNESCO heritage site.

From Trogir you can explore  the Krka National Park,  Split and the beaches of the little islands of Mali Drvenik and Veli Drvenik. At the shore, 80 meters from the house, is the start of a promenade which winds along the coast past the Hotel Medina to the village of Seget Donji.

The beautiful old town of Primosten, it is only 20 minutes away and it is full of charming old houses and good restaurants serving local specialties.

• Villa Marussia is a modern villa. You enter from the garden. To the left is a kitchen area with a cooker, dishwasher and a microwave. On the right is a shower room/wc. Adjacent to the kitchen is the air-conditioned dining area with a table and chairs to seat 6 and a living area with a sofa and two armchairs arranged beside a TV, coffee table, video player and fireplace. Glass doors open onto a large covered terrace with dining table and chairs. In the house, there is a wireless internet.

An open tread staircase rises from the living room to a gallery. It overlooks the living room below. Off this gallery is a bathroom/wc and three bedrooms: one with a two single beds and two with double beds. In the cellar is a sink, toilet and washing machine.

There is also swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and an outside shower. You can also swim in the sea . The beach is pebbly and rocky.

You have got your own parking.

Guests can use a mooring of the owner, which is within 80 steps from the villa.
