Modern vacation house is situated in Dalmatian hinterland, in small village. It is built in traditional style with swimming pool and beautiful veranda. It offers a nice atmosphere of own house to it’s guests.

It is a dream house away from city rush, it is is situated on fresh village air, into vivid village near Zadar and Benkovac.

With it’s stone facade full of traditional details and miniatures it ideally blends into surroundings. In privacy of own olive grove and vineyard you can seek refreshment in swimming pool. Veranda with fireplace gives to guests unforgettable atmosphere. Find solitude and peace in a place that is only 10 minutes by car away from the sea, in a village full of tradition.

House is built in traditional style with stone as a main material. It has 80m2 + veranda 35m2 on a terrain of 1500m2. Besides big kitchen/living room it has one double and one triple (2+1 bed) rooms. Living room has a sofa that can be transformed into additional bed for two.

This house is for 5-7 people.

There are 3 parking places, beautiful lawn with olive grove and vineyard that enable privacy for 7×4 meters swimming pool equipped with own minibar and beach chairs.

There is no stress, only fresh air and nice view. Within 150 km, you can visit National Park Krka, National Park Plitvice or by boat National Park Kornati.

This house is ideal for a family, for people who want a relax and prefer nature. It gives great holiday and surprise.

Benkovac

At the crossroads of the Straight districts and Bukovica there is an old Croatian village Lisičić. It is situated 5 km to the northeast of the plateau Benkovca on their way to Knin and Skradin. The first traces of life and settlement area of ​​today’s village date back to ancient prehistory, the time around 5000 years. BC. In  Lisičić, were found archaeological remains Danilo culture and culture Middle Neolithic. History:

The present name of the village is linked to the ancient Croatian history, for one of the twelve Croatian tribes Lasničić. However the name of the village is linked to the legend of a large stone with the image of a fox, in whose inside was hidden a  treasure (gold coins).

The population today are engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry despite the sparse soil.
